These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blink mobile application operated by Blink Social Ltd. ("Blink", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Blink, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Blink. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile. You may not impersonate another person or create multiple accounts.
When using Blink, you agree NOT to: - Post explicit, pornographic, or sexually graphic content in Stories (Stories are public and visible to all users). - Send unsolicited explicit content to other users without their consent. - Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users. - Post or share illegal content, including but not limited to content depicting minors, non-consensual imagery, or content that incites violence. - Use Blink for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law. - Attempt to circumvent screenshot protection or any other security measures. - Spam, solicit, or advertise without authorisation.
You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Blink. By posting content, you grant Blink Social Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and deliver that content as necessary to operate the service.
Direct messages (Blinks) are ephemeral and auto-delete after 24 hours. Stories are public and expire after 24 hours. We do not guarantee the permanent deletion of content that has been cached or saved by recipients before deletion.
Blink actively monitors for screenshots and screen recordings. Attempting to capture content may result in: - Immediate content removal from your screen. - A warning strike on your account. - Temporary or permanent suspension of your account. Repeated violations will result in a ban.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to: - Posting prohibited content. - Harassment or abusive behaviour. - Repeated screenshot violations. - Receiving multiple user reports. - Any conduct that we determine is harmful to the Blink community. You may delete your own account at any time from the Profile page.
Blink offers in-app purchases including Encore tokens, ping tokens, boost tokens, and a premium subscription ("GetBlink Pro"). All consumable purchases (tokens) are non-refundable once used. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled at any time via your Apple account settings.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes in advance.
Blink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blink Social Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Blink Social Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of Blink.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blink Social Ltd., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Blink or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Blink after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
